Should you watch pornography with your kids? Associate Professor Daniel Fung, chief executive of the Institute of Mental Health, believes that it is a way to help children understand that such content exists and why it is not good to watch it.With the near impossibility of regulating pornography on the internet, parents need to go beyond treating it as a taboo subject. By touching base with their kids, parents can better explain what pornography is and why it is harmful to them.There is a surge of minors viewing inappropriate sexual material due to the prevalence of digital devices, explained Dr Fung at a webinar addressing parental concerns.
