Big Blunder for Bellagraph Nova Group

Bellagraph Nova (BN) Group, in talks to takeover Newcastle United, found itself in an embarrassing predicament when it was found to have doctored images in their marketing materials.

The images in question showed Barack Obama with its top brass, but a quick fact-check by Reuters uncovered that BN Group had in fact superimposed its logo and co-founder onto the photos to give the false impression of a private meeting.

While BN Group stated there was no malignant intent behind the photos, one cannot help but wonder how this controversy could affect their bid for Newcastle United, one of England’s most sought-after football clubs.
