SIA to offer dining experience inside its A-380 flights
As the aviation industry suffers a big hit due to COVID-19, Singapore Airlines (SIA) develops innovative ways to maintain its business and minimise losses.
SIA has dropped its initial plan of launching ‘flights to nowhere’ on the grounds that it may not be economically or environmentally viable. Instead, it has announced its new plans of offering dining experiences to Singaporeans in its A-380 flight parked at Changi airport.
They plan to offer home delivery for items from their first class and business class menus. In addition to these, SIA will also offer tours of their training facilities.
