Is all hope lost for the Miami Heat?

The Miami Heat’s performance in the 2020 NBA playoffs has been nothing short of amazing. After what seemed to be a storyline straight out of the movies, the 5th seeded team in the east advanced to the NBA grand finals only dropping 3 games in total.

This awe-inspiring run however, seems to have come to an end.

The eastern conference champions got blown out in the first game with 3 of their star players getting injured in the process. Their starting point guard(Goran Dragic), forward(Jimmy Butler), and center(Bam Adebayo) all got injured with 2 of them having to leave the game. Dragic has been ruled out for the rest of the series and it remains to be seen if the other two stars will return in game 2.
