Murderer Stuck an Innocent Man at Punggol Field

To his horror, Surajsrikan Diwakar Mani Tripathi started stabbing him multiple times.

Tay was then sent to Sengkang General Hospital. He later died from his injuries. Tay did not know Surajsrikan and the police has begun their investigations.
