THE BHG “TAKE-OVER”

A rival of the wound-up Robinsons will be opening its concept store at Raffles City Shopping Centre which is formerly occupied by Robinsons. BHG (Beijing Hualian Group) will be launching a short-term pop-up store, One Assembly, which will remain open for the foreseeable future.

Unlike the other five BHG department stores, One Assembly will provide consumers with a seamless shopping experience by including two spas in its two-storey floorplan and including brands which are not currently available at existing BHG stores. One Assembly is expected to go big on digital payments such as eCapita vouchers and utilising payment platforms like Hoolah and Favepay.

BHG has reinvented and revamped its operations by expanding its reach without alienating its existing consumers. CapitaLand remains optimistic with respect to this collaboration with BHG.
